    Tom Taormina says:
    Like or Dislike:
    Thumb up 0
    Thumb down 0

Foreseeable Risk has nothing to do with regulations and standards requirements. Duty of care is the actions a reasonable person would take to avoid harming another. It is about standard of care to deliver a product that is not unnecessarily harmful before introducing it to the commerce stream.
We are overrun with standards and regulations because business leaders are continually looking to circumvent the intent of standares instead of embracing them as a benchmark of quality and reliability.
