In general, there really isn’t any new revelation about this age group. There is a reason why auto insurance rates drop for an insured who turns 25 years-old. I get it that they tend to be more active with wireless devices while driving but as they get older and hopefully more wiser they will begin to adapt different ways to handle potential distractions…maybe not perfectly but so much better than in the past.
I owned a P&C agency for a number of years. This was by far the age group that had the most accidents and were the hardest to insure sometimes. Not all, I had some really great responsible Millenials as well.
