Will the camera operators be licensed adjusters trained to spot all the components of a loss with due dilligence for the named peril?

The camera operators will not be licensed. Think of it like using a drone. The adjuster will be able to talk to the camera person (pilot) and tell them exactly what and where they want to see.

From the article: “The Droperator initiates the live stream and is able to communicate with the insurance professional and capture all requested photos and video of the damaged property.”

Really??! You’re going to make an unfathomably large, autonomous group of opportunistic, probably unlicensed, people under marginal 3rd party control become business invitees with cameras and transmitters at the direction of the insurance company/MGA?
    What could possibly go worng?
