Chrysler is gonna bullshit those that have e-shifter problems. The e-shifter {e-Shiter} is in every 2013 and 2014 Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger’s not only Jeeps. Chrysler service tech will tell you there is no problem after keeping your vehicle for a day or two. It has happened to my 2014 300. Have your smart phone handy for the next time it happens and video the failure. But Chrysler service writers will refuse your video. I know that because I converted my smart phones video of my e-shfiter failing to go in reverse to a playable DVD. But my service advisor refused to keep It or even view it. My dealer will not even call in a regional tech expert to look into this serious safety problem. Chrysler SUCKS. I can’t understand how NTSHA is allowing this to continue and for Chrysler not doing anything to resolve this problem with out having to be forced to do so.
