Employee Practices Lawsuits Continue to Increase

    Companies requiring photos with the job application.
    Companies that overstep the gray line of invasion of privacy by contacting anyone they feel like on linkedin who worked at the same company as a potential employee.
    Companies that are dumb enough to give subjective negative commentaries when asked about references, rather than just answering factually.
    The list, sadly, goes on, and one wonders if they realize EEOC really exists.
