I was told 18 yrs ago, by the head Biologist for the state of KS, that insurance company’s are one of the biggest lobbies for a larger harvest of deer, siting deer/car collisions.
That kind of political pressure is something that wildlife managers do not need.
I would like to know if that comment is factual or not. Anybody?????
