Interesting – as an OHV/ROV enthusiast and competitive operator, I’m curious to know what other data was collected. What speeds were they traveling, were alcohol or drugs involved, were they wearing a helmet, what are the deaths by age group, did they include dirt trails in the study, were they on private or federal/state land?

motocross tracks are not required to be sanctioned by the AMA.In numerous states there is no license requirements, state statutory laws, insurance requirements, operational standards,or safety inspections.this allows children, some as young as 4, to be directed by facility staff onto a track circuit occupied by adults who may be impaired by alcohol or drugs.children are being killed or suffering life altering injuries due to gross negligence in the operation of theses facilities at such a rapid pace that several national health care orgs have published reports requesting legislative oversight yet, none have taken any proactive measures.hopefully this org will investigate……..
