    Like or Dislike:
    Thumb up 1
    Thumb down 0

Autonomous vehicles may have almost 2 million miles on highways without accident, but they are reacting to human drivers. So aside from the lack of ethical decision making in this article, what happens when computer driven vehicles are reacting to computer driven vehicles? The reaction time is no longer an advantage. I would propose a “squirrel test”. Sends a squirrel out on a freeway with a sea of computer driven vehicles, what happens? Then send a bird, a dog, and … Do we get a lot of roadkill or gridlock?
