Just wondering how Photographer Arne Svenson secretly photographed Tribeca residents in their homes for an art exhibit for profit and he was in essence exonerated even though the residents were inside their apartments with expectation of privacy. Yes, their faces were not in the photos (at least the ones that were displayed and sold), but definitly an invasion of privacy. The photographer told a reporter: “The neighbors don’t know they are being photographed; I carefully shoot from the shadows of my home into theirs.”
One has to wonder what other photos he took that were not (yet) displayed… I guess he is the exception to any rule.
