    The lawsuit said Osbon’s brain damage was not diagnosed until several months after his arrest.

    In his lawsuit, Osbon said his conduct on the flight stemmed from a “complex partial brain seizure” that JetBlue should have caught before he boarded.

    Soooo, it’s JetBlue’s fault for not knowing Osbon had a partial brain seizure that wasn’t identified until months after the event happened?!?

    The lawsuit commenced one week before Good Friday, which seems appropriate for this “pontious” pilot as he appears to be washing his hands of any of his own responsibility…..
