Allstate Reorganizes Management, Focus on Customers

    Let’s talk about the fact that Allstate if firing almost all of thier field adjusters and closing ALL of thier drive-in claims offices. And all customer service, processors and estimators will be moved to India. They have already changed all claims to photo driven inspections by the Insureds themselves. They are taking all of the good hands out of thier company! Some of the poorest customer service will soon be all you can get from this company.Even the auto supplement process is going to a FaceTime system controlled by the repair shops themselves! No control over eventual repair cost will be in the millions in no time.Better sell your stock ASAP i! This company will be bought out pretty soon or go under without some different leadership.
