There was a time when the name Johnson & Johnson inspired confidence. Now? I’m not so sure and would look for another maker of replacement parts before undergoing any surgery.

I’ve had my MOM hip for over 12 years. It’s wonderful and will probably last my lifetime. It enables me to participate without fear of dislocation in many activities that require a lot of bending and twisting. If my other hip ever needs replacing, I would opt for another MOM; however, it is unlikely that I would be able to find another surgeon to implant one because of all the ambulance chasing, blood-sucking lawyers out there getting in the way. I get furious every time I see one of their hyped-up ads on TV. I never did have any respect for lawyers, and I have even less now.
