I think it is horrible what Nationwide has done to this guy. It seems to me they are just trying to push him around and it’s backfiring. I hope he is able to take it to trial and he beats them. That would be poetic justice! Enough of big insurance companies pushing people around, and I’m glad to see someone is fighting back. @ Bob, I think the adjuster has to prove Nationwide is false advertising in order for him to win his case and if he’s counter suing for $100 million dollars plus, I wouldn’t think a $3 million dollar settlement offer would be blackmail or extortion. LOL Sounds more like he’s trying to work with them. Go team Snyder!!
