Handling Auto Bodily Injury Sore Back Claims

    I think all claims should be examined for what they are. Unfortunately adjusters (and the company) take this information and state if there’s low impact there can’t be injury. This is just not true, nor is it supported by the medical journals. The person’s medical background can play into whether they heal or not, for instances those who are diabetic usually take longer to heal. In addition, the physics of how a person was sitting is also very important to what injuries could be caused by the impact.

    Every claim should be reviewed individually and not lumped into some corporate mentality.

      I’m not sure where in this article you read that claims should all be lumped together. As an adjuster, I review every claim on its individual merits. The uniqueness of every claim is what makes this career interesting.
