    MAYBE if the insurance companies did some UNDERCOVER work and followed people around who are on WORKMAN’S COMP, they could save MILLIONS with all the PHONIES out there who are collecting and should NOT be! Insurance companies don’t care about money because if they are losing money, they will just apply for a rate increase! Insurance companies and politicians are right up there with car salesmen!!!!!

    While I agree that fraudulent Work Comp claims abound, I also know that proving they are fraudulent is not always easy. In one town, no one would testify because the town people feared the retaliation that was threatened. On the bright side, Florida just caught a nice handful of people involved in fraudulent homeowner claims. Insurance companies do care….
