I’ve had a Whirlpool front loader since 2002, bought it during the drought then to save well water. I have never had the problem but then I do as instructed in the manual, leave the door ajar so it airs out. I even did this with my old top loader to air it out.

I bought my Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer during the 2001 to 2008 period. The washer causes all my wash to have an odor and leaves mold in the dispenser and under the rubber seal inside. I couldn’t affort another washer so I put up with this one. The reason for only 3% of complaints is because there are probably a lot of us that just don’t complain. How do I get in on the lawsuit?
