    Human error always seems to be involved in these losses. You would hope that a redundant fire suppression system would have at least kept the alarm on. On a positive note, I am sure that this finding will lead to more stringent alarms, design and training. On a negative note, the cruise lines can’t take many more issues or they will have serious long term problems.
