Med mal payouts have little to do with the overall tremendous cost. It really isn’t healthcare coverage it is calamity coverage for that triple bypass. You pay huge premiums for the right to meet a large deductible and then the co-pay. well marketed stealing by the HC lobby.

McCarron -Ferguson of 1948 is the culprit, an un-needed protection that prevents competition, which produces lower rates. If you live in NY, can you shop HC coverage in Arkansas? No you can’t, because of this act. This is the big gorilla in the room.

You can predict with pretty good accuracy who will produce a claim. It is not in the personality test, but the calculator from the results retrieved. 88% of the claims are produced by 14% of the Docs. You can identify them.
