Sir/Madam: How can I discover the status of the Traveler’s Insurance Co. class action lawsuit which was appealed to the Federal Appeals Court in New York? the last I heard was that the lower court’s ruling was overturned. This case has been before the courts for over 20 years and the families that had suffered loss of loved ones that had suffered and died deserve some resolution. Even the law firm that handled this will no longer address the issue as they have capitalized on their involvement years ago and have lost interest.
