What would one expect with no head protection and allowing a room full of children access to a “free for all, bounce til you drop” enclosed area? The recent sports head injury’s is going to bring full attention to these Bounce Houses. I see lots of reasons for viable suit’s!
These studies are not accurate. They don’t seperate indoor
Bounce house facilities and inflatable rental companies
The better indoor facilities have a proper amount of staff
And they police the units. The rental industry is totally different
Up until a couple of years ago most companies sent out all inflatables
With an attendant to watch the kids. In recent years that has changed due
To the fact that you have people who are uninsured and have no overhead that buy a couple of
Units and work out of there home and rent out the units for 24 hrs unattended.
There are solutions. I have them I’m in he business.
No rental should go out for longer than 6 hours. No person should be allowed to own a
Inflatable business without having a minimum if 1,000,000 insurance
No business without more than 25 units should be allowed to run an inflatable business
We are dealing with kids If you follow these few rules you will see a drop of part time renters and injuries
That don’t care about what was and is a real business. Not just dropping off units
Not staking them down. Stiff penalties for those not following the rules. Excuse the flow of my commend. I’m writing from a. Phone and hard to make proper sentences and put ideas together
You get the idea
This created a problem. They are out for the buck and don’t care about kids safety
