That whole thing is a crock of crap.. My finances have not a damn thing to do with me filing any claim. I think that my driving record should speak for it self and the fact that I have have homeowners coverage for the past 25 yrs and only filed 2 claims that were CAT claims, should also speak for it self. This is unfair practices and should be outlawed..

NOT ONLY DO I AGREE BUT STRONGLY CONCUR. IT IS A GIGANTIC CAME TO ALLOW FOR HIGHER PREMIUM PRICING AND THAT IS ALL. UGLY FACE OF GREED IS RAISED AGAIN AND AGAIN.

THE OLD SAW OF LIARS WHO FIGURE AND FIGURES THAT LIE IS SO TRUE THAT IT HURTS. FACTS, STATISTICS ARE NOT HARD TO RIG TO SHOW WHAT THE POWERS TO BE WANT TO SHOW. I WONDER HOW MANY OF THE RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES WHO LEFT SCHOOL WITH HIGH DEBT WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS FINANCIAL DRIVING RISKS AND PAY THAT PRICE? HOW ABOUT THE PERSON OR FAMILY THAT STRUGGLE TO PAY OFF FAMILY DEBTS AND THUS GO INTO DEBT THEMSELVES PAY THE FINANCIAL INSURANCE PRICE?… TO RATIONALIZE THEIR BEHAVIOR AND GREED COMPANIES, LIKE INDIVIDUALS DO THINGS THAT ARE NOT ALWAYS HONORABLE NOR FAIR

CREDIT SCORING IS CONSTITUTED BY THIS INDUSTRY IS NEITHER FAIR OR CREDITABLE

AS ELLIE SAYS “that whole thing is a crock of crap”

How well put in my opinion.

If financial woes dictate how well someone will drive or how many claims will be filed, then the insurance companies need to REDUCE the premium to help alleviate the problem.
