Providers will limit their liability to service fee credits which is calculated by downtime of a customer’s server(s) if the provider is in fact at fault. This does not include unforeseen accidents that may occur.

The cloud is an evolving service, so not only acts of god apply. Customers should govern themselves accordingly so that they are not left shaking their head wondering what happened and not have the proper financial back up to support them!
