I don’t care if the young punks want to cripple themselves by ignoring safety advice, but I have zero tolerance for anyone who injures or causes damage to my or my family because of their disregard for our safety. Their arrogance needs a swift and substantial respone by our legal system in the form of a hefty fine and mandatory jail time. Unfortunately, that’s the only language they might understand.
