Please list some cases where the Judge considers the IICRC standards as an industry standard of care.
    Thank you

It’s a record that shows the drying process from the first day a vendor places drying equipment to the last day when the equipment is picked up.

If there is a huge disparity in what the restoration company is charging and what the insurance adjuster is saying is consistent with industry standards, what recourse does the homeowner have? We were told by the restoration company that they billed according to the standards the insurance companies use and we would not pay a dime over that. Now we are being charged over $16,000. over what the insurance company paid and are threatened with a lien on our property. We are not happy about this and are considering legal action.

was it proserv? They put a lien on my home as a first step. Never even sent me a bill prior. Charged $22k. and could not provide a detailed bill. Seems like there should be a class action in here.
