Anyone who tells you class warfare is not happening in this country has his head in the sand. People who use the court system to attain wealth that they never would have attained otherwise, instead of to reasonably conpensate them for an injury, is plain wrong. Legalized thievery is what it is. And this is coming from a working stiff who lives from paycheck to paycheck, not the 1%.
