I heard that a judge push it back to September now after they told us June what’s really going on. I hope its for the good cause I knew it supposed been more than what they said. out of $32 million and all we getting was less than $400.00 something ain’t right we should have gotten at least $100,000 ain’t nothing but 17,000 people may God bless their souls we got got by the company now by the lawyers

I also have been following the lawsuit and was told a check would be issued on June 15. Still nothing and words it will be in September now. So much for counting on this. Figures when the law is involved they can drag their feet and promise people money and then reject it at the last minute without getting punished.

I dont know whats going on. I was told I was getting 1900 and it will be divided. Meaning I get one check for 950 and another 950 taxable. Thats how the lawyer explained it to me. Tyson is a multi billion dollar company and all we get is hush money. At one point of the letter it says you shouldnt discuss the law suit with nobody, you should say it was resolved satisfactory, not!! Im with you guys/girls, the lawyers got our money

I called the 8553006220 and i stayed on the line for a live rep i gave them all my iinformation.he also told me i was included in the lawsuit but i will not receive any benefits. I worked at tyson in 1990 until 1999 but due to me not being working at tyson when.the suit was filed i AM not entitled to nothing…so much for that bull good thing i have a job and was not looking or depending on that money. My thoughts to this is unfair to all the workers who spent time working at tyson and went through the process of doing what they wanted in order to get money and find out we gets nothing but the lawyer pocket is full of our money that he have not worked hard for only ran his mouth and paper work…we should file a complaint on the lawyer..i wonder whom every filed this lawsuit what there pockets look like…y’all know they get the paid got as well…..good luck to the rest of u guys…….From Alabama for those who want to know
