It is sad to see GM has lost its integrity. I recently had a problem with a brand new Equinox and was basically told, “tough luck you bought it, live with it”. With GM’s new attitude, I predict they will not be in business in ten years. Those of us who have been life-long GM owners (more than 14) will no longer support a company that finds it so easy to dismiss quality, customer service and customer loyalty. My next vehicle will be an American built vehicle, but unless GM does a 360, it won’t be a GM. Too bad their new management finds it so easy to negletct the people that have supported the company so long.

Still the same company, same execs (for the most part)and same old crap.
I’ve always bought GM products and just looked at a new one this weekend, but I think I’ll buy a Ford or Dodge this time.
