    Maybe I should apply. I think I am able to say “Do you feel that the liability limits you will have on your policy will protect you in case of a claim”. What a way to get out of E&O claims and ALWAYS sell minimum liability limits. If you are going to sell direct at least talk to the customers about what that actually means to them.

    I’ve thought that “name your price” crap was a complete set up for bad faith. buying by price only is a horrible way to pick limits; maybe comparison price for the SAME limits, but the heavily advertised companies all go for “save money with us”.

    I’m not sure that sentence would fully protect an agent who should know better than their client!
