I think it is Pres. Obama and his administration that should be sued and have to pay and go to jail. After all it was his delayed inactions, decisions, and refusals that caused the most damage and allowed it to become the disaster it was. Had he allowed the help that was offered to take place it would have been over much sooner. I place the blame of the damage on Obama. The accident on the other parties.

If the Oil companies had kept their equipment up to date and checked and maintained this never would have happened. The Obama Administration delayed action, that is their fault. No one can dispute this. But typically as for as litigation goes, the negligent party is determined at fault for the equipment malfunction, especially if it is discovered to be not properly maintained.

The usual delay and wrong management decisions of Obama & Co. added greatly to the ultimate damages. They are too quick to sue since there so far the findings have yet to be fully sorted out.As for BP, who is committed to pay 20 Billion $ plus a special multi million dollar quick dispersal fund, how much more are they to pay, enough to cripple the company as part of Obamas’s anti business program?
