There is no excuse or defense for killing someone. He admits he did it. His state of mind should be secondary. Isn’t it funny how every piece of human garbage that get’s busted tries to avoid responsibility and use every “legal” trick in the book to escape justice? The prosecutor should move for SJ. That failing, the negligence was allowing himself to get into a compromised state. GUILTY.

like the drunk driver that told the cop who just pulled him over; “…of course I’m driving, I’m in no condition to walk home”.

In today’s legal system a defense attorney can find a doctor (any type) to diagnose some “rare” disorder for the suspect that paints a ‘very sad picture’. The defense is allowed a ridiculous range of theories to create a question in the minds of the jurors. You know, it’s their job to present the BEST DEFENSE POSSIBLE. It doesn’t have to be TRUE!

As Nuevo first said…..our legal system is “pathetically flawed”. Some people will try anything to beat the legal system. The term “justice” has become a joke. Here’s my definition of “justice”. When you catch a scumbag committing a crime you beat the **** out of him on the spot and maybe he’ll think twice before trying it again? Draconian? Maybe that’s what works. Where’s Paul Kersey when we need him?
