The Board of Horace Mann and others may not see the conduct of Lou Lower as an issue but as an educator that company will no longer get my business. We lead by example and I will non-renew my business with them after more than 30 years. My objection will mean nothing to them however I will not permit them to come back to my school district again while Mr. Lower remains in his position. This may seem harsh but I think it irresponsible for the President of an Insurance Company who targets Educators as clients to get a DUI.
I wounder what would happen to another employee of Horace Mann if they were arrested for DUI or a different crime. Would they get the same opportunity asMr. Lower?
