Maybe minority drivers tend to speed and are more careless so when they’re in dey hoods and whack one of dey own, the injuries are more severe. Hell, everytime you hear a news report from Newark or NYC it’s usually in a minority hood and a hit and run to boot.

Another worthless report. No data provided about other factors that may have lead to the higher mortality rate.
Perhaps the minority/uninsured pedestrians are illiterate and can’t read the “Don’t Walk” sign at the intersection.
Or, maybe they’re Ipods are too loud so they can’t hear the stolen car bearing down on them.
