I’m sick of these heroes coming out of the woodwork AFTER THE FACT. They are part of the problem here. If they felt so strongly that this was a major safety issue, they had a responsibility to speak up BEFORE the accident. If they didn’t, they prostituted themselves for the almighty dollar. Their choice; their consequence. I don’t know how they can live with themselves knowing they could have prevented or mitigated the catastrophic loss of life.
