What Nerd is politely saying is (paraphrasing, of course)… if it’s so bad for you…….GET OUT!!!!!!!! Or is that too much reality?

BP will has paid next to nothing, because the can. They will not set up a trust, because they don’t have to. They most certainly will declare bankruptcy, because the CEO’s really don’t care. The major shareholders are already moving their money and are simply buying time with their empty promises, lame talk and propoganda. Until the time is right. They most certainly will leave the rest of the shareholders to hang dry. It will be huge.

BP wasn’t qualified to run the rig. They killed 11 people. They had killed before.

They are not qualified to clean up nor to stop the leak. The have no interest in doing so.

You have eyes but yet you don’t see. You have ears but yet you don’t hear.

The end is near. This is the truth.

The only remote chance we have is to take over the clean up now with our own trusted engineers. It can be stopped.

But your pride will keep it flowing.

This is the punch. To weaken our economy is to weaken our military.

Be prepared to fight for yourselves. You will be put out of your homes if you’re lucky.

    You’ll die if you’re not.

WAKE UP. WAKE UP. WAKE UP.

Many will be taken by ambush, because they were not paying attention. THey will loose their heads.

Enough will not be defeated and the East will fail and fall.

They will appear to be winning, because of their ferocity and cruelty but will drop like a lame duck.

They will fail to control the chaos and retreat. Their own military will be dispersed and desert. THey will simply vanish once they reach our shores. They have more to gain this way.

Just wanted to remind everyone– today June 14 is the day that BP’s COO said they would be collecting “virtually all of the oil” and that the leak would be “a trickle.” (He said this last Thursday or Friday).

Now Google “Skandi ROV 1” and “Skandi ROV 2” to see the current leak rate on live video.

The COO also said that BP has done nothing to bar media access to cleanup workers. A video shot 2 days after that statement was posted by a local journalist in Grand Isle where he was confronted by a private security guard on a public beach who would not allow him to speak with workers who were on break. The guard would not disclose the name of the firm that hired the security contractor.

Since we clearly cannot take BP’s promise to “pay all legitimate claims” at face value, the escrow account seems like a good idea. Isn’t Exxon still litigating the Exxon-Valdez settlement, 30 years later?

I think BP has proven some time ago that they can’t do this alone. OK, great…now what? I heard that the Coast Guard was giving them a deadline to stop the leak. What if they can’t do it? Is threatening them going to do anything?

Isn’t there anyone else out there that can help? I realize the term “government expert” might be an oxymoron, but you’re telling me we can’t find ANYONE to help? STEP UP AND TAKE CONTROL OF THIS MESS!!!

I’m surprised that BP does not have an emergency plan in case of a spill on the ocean floor. BP should have had a plan for this type of emergency to limit the amount oil spilling out into the gulf. The Exxon-Valdez oil spill is still effecting the poeple of Alaska 21 years later. BP should have capped that well weeks ago, and if you are going to drill off shore an emergency plan to shut off or cap the well to limit the amount of oil. All the commericals on TV is just PR garbage. Just pray we do not have a hurricane in the area this year, otherwise you will a mega disaster.

Yeah that’s all we need a CAT 10W-40 hurricane rolling up the west coast and dumping crude all across the state. I know we can name it “Hayward the OILcane”
