This information is essentially useless. Current forecasting is satisfactory and provides sufficient warning to hunker down or evacuate. These kinds of prognostications don’t diminish the intensity of the storms oridentify where they’ll make landfall. Fact is, we’ll get as many as Ma Nature wants to send. There’s always a chance we’ll catch a major storm. Nobody will be doing anything different in thisk “what if” scenario. I can’t believe someone pays this pinhead for this.

My predictions-Chance of a tropical storm or hurricane forming in the summer in the tropics-100%. Chance the experts miss their guess by =/-1, 90%. And the award for the prediction of the perfectly obvious made by these Oracles of Delphi-that people in Haitti living out in the open under plastic tarps with no functioning goverment and only the UN to rely upon are in deep trouble. And, my last prediction-Pres Obama will be stunned by the loss of life and devastation wreaked by the storm season. He will immediately call for a commission to see how we can alter the global climate to avoid a reoccurence and call for a Hollywood fund raiser to assist these poor souls.
