    it is outrageous that an insurance company would have to provide legal defense costs for criminal charges. I see it all the time, and it ain’t right.

    Fraud is exluded, what the “judge” says is irrelevant, its what the contract says, lloyds is offshore, they can ignore this judge if ordered to pay, Lloyds contract is subject to British law not US kangaroo courts, that’s why England is a global financial center, they enforce contract law.
