Why is it always assumed women are treated badly in corporate America by men? I’m a Caucasian male. My last two managers have been women who are less qualified than I am and make more money ….God help me.
Just a thought but she had 20 years worth of raises based upon her performance in the job. Maybe her predecessor performed better than she did and got larger raises. He may have been there 30 years. There are so many reasons why one person would make more than another even in the same job. Maybe she doesn’t know the big picture either and is making a knee jerk reaction to seeing a document that may have been taken out of context. Just a thought. If she was paid less just due to being female then she should sue.
this whole thing is very shocking. i wasn’t aware that women could vote or own property much less file a law suit. please tell me this wasn’t the “change” that BHO promised!
i worked for this company for 7 years parttime and it is true they treat ladies like slaves, especially black women- it is obviouss that that it is a prerequisite to be prejudice TO work there. Especially black females, they are mentally harrassed and emoitionally abused!
ok crowd: here’s your Report Card.
Enrico is right-on !
And Bud tastes like…well the word rhymes with “bliss”.
Hey Rosie:..chil-out, woman..is your last-name “O Donnell” ?
WK: ..-you’re ok, it’s possible.
Roosevelt: I hear you loud & clear. Add my “me-too” to your experience.
Cathy: You’d better be right. Sounds like you could get more moolah than anyone.
After all, you’re in a good place these days if you’re a single (or divorced) or better..gay, black female with children & maybe a handicap..-ANY bank would welcome you in to loanville.
This don’t happen if you’re a “cauc”
Lastly, try Yueng Ling Lager Beer
It’s THAT good.
My husband works for AB and hasn’t seen or heard any of this non-sense of “they treat men better than women”.
Having worked in corporations for 20 years, I know that many, many, many women get promoted because they are women and not because they are qualified. Time into a company does not equal a ton of money- especially if you suck at your job.

Considering your comments, I wouldn’t be so sure that they actually WERE less qualified than you…
