I am so surprised that the yahoos that are supposed to be in charge of licensing, etc. of these operators cannot figure out and/or investigate an operation that starts up at the same address, uses the same phone/fax number and sometimes the same name fails to shut them down. Go figure.
If you notice, most of these carriers are in the mid south ans southwest. I wonder if NAFTA has anything to do with it. Trucks below the border do not have to follow our strict guides, so the moms and pops from down under start a business above the border and try the same thing. Notice the names involved.
