Sure, I was getting commissions from the bank to steer people their way. No different than advertising sales people are paid by NBC to bring in advertisers. I’m an advertising sales guy. I’m supposed to worry about what I’m selling? Its not like they deposited with me, and I had said that I was responsible for doing any due diligence.
So, this suit will attract all of the ambulance that want to jump on the bandwagon, then it becomes a class action suit against an empty pocket, and the lawyers will fight over 30% of whatever pennies there might be. That’s all assuming the judge in the matter didn’t really go to law school and decides to let the case proceed.
