    Parnell should be killed immediately and his assets seized and used to better the industry and those his actions affected.

    Well, Ms. Shelly Nutt, executive director of the peanut producers board in Texas: I wonder why the plant was not closed down after the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or even the 12th violation?
    Isn’t that why there is a peanut producers board? To close them down after repeated violations? If not for that what is the point of having a board?
