Makes no sense whatsoever – The Feds already have clean air controls in place (albeit not good enough for some states)for the auto industry – but Barack won’t agree to regulate an industry where workers are directly exposed to harmful levels of a substance that is basically a death sentence????
Thanks BHO that makes a world of sense – especially this economy. You want to force stricter regulation on an industry alreday on the brink of disaster…and lay off tens of thousands more workers… and rely on 30 year old technology and regs for the mine workers… Looking forward to the next 4 years…
