    This is no revelation. It applied back in 1970 when I first started handling auto losses.

    People are happy when you:

    Treat them right.
    Tell them what to expect.
    Meet timelines.

    If they’re happy they’ll renew.

    Wow… I’d have never expected those results. Next thing they’ll tell me is that the Pope is Catholic and that bears pee in the woods.
