    Ever notice you never get a reason why a company needs billions in infusions to keep operating; especially a company that has received numerous infusions in the past? But the CEO says hang in there we will be just fine. I remember the Kemper COO saying the same thing. What a joke! This country is really falling to the dogs!

    Like it or not, but the collapse of the equity markets and investment income to insurers, will bring on a shift in the insurance marketplace to a hard and difficult market, the likes of which we last experienced in the 1980s!

    Does Steve still wear the suspenders???? Both Norm Blake and Steve L. set up USF&G to be sold with there “golden parachute” wonder how much Steve will get this time with CNA?? Two golden parachutes in a life time what a gig…..I’m sure he will surface at some other ailling carrier and work on his 3rd…….
