    again, lawyers looking to line their pockets, whether they win or lose. it’s going to be interesting in how they are going to pin anything on anyone. afterall, you assume the risk when you invest, including the bank.

    Yep, the scum that call themselves attorney’s now have another rich revenue stream to tap into….after armageddan only the cockroaches and lawyers will be left.

    And how will they handle the fact that this mess was created by our congressmen, Presidents, and government bureaucrats? Sure, greedy financial people are in the spot light BUT NONE OF THIS HAPPENS without the backing of our elected officials who came up with programs like CRA (Community Reinvestment Act)and expanded them beyond what was originally intended.

    Sue the gov’t???? Maybe the American public can settle out of court. It may be less expensive to pay the scum off.

    AGN Rick, you are correct. All of this blowing about Wall Street corruption is trying to cover up the fact that Washington started the slide with the programs like CRA. Was there greed on Wallstreet? You betcha. Was there greed and political motivation that opened the door? No doubt about it.
