You mean to tell me that with all the cash these companies like Phizer and Wyeth have they want to keep from being liable for their mistakes?
I applaud Vt’s Supreme Courts decision to keep the drug Companies responsible for the manufacturing,distribution and exlanation of how to use a medication.
All to often these large companies are let off the hook because they can pay big bucks for a lawyer team to fight their case only in Vt could their be a fight against these large companies.
