A.M. Best Co. needs to take a closer look at how Erie handles it’s customer’s. The “FBIC” lists Erie as one of the worst companies to get insurance. They say if you do, then do so at your own greatest risk. Google “FBIC” on the internet and see for yourself. Needless to say, I’ve had a very negative encounter with Erie and I’ve have taken them to court. I won this first court battle and they appealed. I will let a jury decide who is acting in bad faith. A judge agreed with me the first time. So when looking for insurance, google “FBIC” before buying. I wished I did.

Maybe I’m missing somehting, but what does Erie have to do with Tower or with the article?

AM best rates insurers on financial strength and such relevant parameters. Bad faith is a subjective legal issue, not one that AM best cares about.

    Why should they?
