    Way too many apples to oranges comparisons, and no attention at all to the most critical issue. SERVICE. If the Agency companies have any advantage over National companies, it should be in Service to the public. And, I think a survey would prove that to be the case. Loss Control helps with the price, but it is usually a dissatisfier to the public.

    Surveys do not cost a lot by the way and when they are to a targeted group like independent agents they cost even less and in fact provide useful and credible feedback. Agents are, after all, among the customers agency insurers have to accommodate to be successful.
    As for the no attention to service– it’s worth reading both parts of the survey results.

    Surveys take some time to complete and tim eis money as far as I’m concerned. No surprises here, folks. I’m disappointed that more detail wasn’t made available for this article which is…worthless as far as I’m concerned.
