For the most part I agree with your comments, however not all students lack dependents. Both my son and daughter went to school while working and supporting families. There are many “non-traditional” students that have families and both work and support them while going to school either full or part time.
I found it interesting that two families did not sue at all as stated in the article. If it’s true, I have the utmost respect for these two families and feel they must have high morals instead of running out and seeing how much money you can make off this tragedy (ie – O’Dell).
