It is impossible for anyone to develop anything that is 100% safe for anyone. Since there is no valid scientific evidence to support the speculative allegations that the vaccines “cause” autism, it just might be that these kids had some type of genetic propensity for autism in the first place. If that’s the case, there would be no way for any vaccine manufacturer to foresee that any ingredient might trigger a reaction. Even “if” that were the case, where’s the negligence, the duty owed and breached, and the “notice” required to trigger liability? Gestation and childbirth are fraught with risks. Autism is just one of them. I concur there should be no compensation.
