This conduct of UNUM is an absolute disgrace.A company that finally recognizes that 42% of its denied claims deserve to be reversed should go into a different business. What about prior years claims? Can they be trusted to not repeat this in the future ? I would not bet a client’s employees’ welfare on it.

Same on the brokers who sell products they don’t understand and take commissions they should not receive. Shame on the policy holders who think of these products as a lottery system. If both saw fit to deny a claim there was definitely a basis for the denial.

There is enough inthe world for every mans needs but not enough for evry mans greed!!!!
